error 1069

I am receiving the following error:
An error 1069 - (The service did not start due to a logon
failure) occurred while peforming the service operation
on the MSSQLServer service.
Any suggestions?Check the password for the account that the SQL Server Service is using.

error 1053 when I try to start SQLagent

I also get and error of unable to complete the operation
on "system Log" The interface is unknown.
Hi,
I feel that Service startup account for SQL Agent do not have previlages in
registry. Can you add that user in Administarter group and try starting
the SQL agent service.
Verify, what is there in SQLAGENT.OUT file ?
