Error 18456 - domain admins only users that can authenticate

SQL 2000 SP3a
I have my server set up and my ODBC client configured. When I log in as
myself, as a domain admin, I can set my authentication to Windows (in my
ODBC), when I log on as a Domain Users, I cannot.
I get and error 18456. My server properties show SQL Server and Windows
authentication is allowed and there is no semi-colon in my password. What
security setting am I missing to allow my domain users to authenticate via
Windows authentication?

Did you gave domain OS user access to SQL Server?
If not; open Enterprise manager and use Security option to add the Domain
user/group to SQL Server.

In essence all this 17883 message tells us is that no context switches were
made on the scheduler. The two things that I can think of are a) a hung
scheduler, or b) a thread that is not properly yielding to the scheduler.
I would suggest opening up a case with PSS since this need memory dump to
find clues to troubleshoot the issue.

In essence all this 17883 message tells us is that no context switches were
made on the scheduler. The two things that I can think of are a) a hung
scheduler, or b) a thread that is not properly yielding to the scheduler.
I would suggest opening up a case with PSS since this need memory dump to
find clues to troubleshoot the issue.

In essence all this 17883 message tells us is that no context switches were
made on the scheduler. The two things that I can think of are a) a hung
scheduler, or b) a thread that is not properly yielding to the scheduler.
I would suggest opening up a case with PSS since this need memory dump to
find clues to troubleshoot the issue.

Error 15007 - login 'user1' does not exist

I restored a test database from a backup of production
and my users using a user account called user could not
login again. I try to create a new user and get the above

However, when launching the program I get a message "could not find stored
procedure user-get total users'. If I continue I get a second later on "coul

I am not a specialist so before going to deep dive in the systems, is there
any thing "simple" than can be done ?From what CD do you install, is it a vendor specific Database (MSDE). What
"Program" are you starting when you get that error. Seems to me that this
might be a vendor specific problem, if you got an individual coded app.
