I am getting the following error:

The answer is shown by the error it self:
'Server cannot access application directory
'D:\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Reporting Services\ReportServer\'. The
directory does not exist or is not accessible because of security
settings.'
Just check your IIS settings for the Virtual Directory 'ReportServer'
