Error 17883

I am getting the following error: Error 17883 on my new sql server. I am looking everywhere on the net, put I cannot find a way to resolve this issue. Does anyone know what causes this, and possibly how to fix it. Thanks for the help in advance.The 17883 error message was added to SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3 (SP3). The error message draws attention to a problematic situation with SQL Server schedulers. The error message indicates that some resource is not appropriately yielding the SQL Server scheduler. This causes the non-yielding thread to run for extended periods of time, thereby starving other threads on that SQL Scheduler. The server may also become unresponsive.
